Toronto evaluation camp and final team roster selections
The HBHA and it's board members would like to thank all the players that came out to the Toronto evaluation camp as well as the people involved behind the scenes to make it all happen.
A special thank you to the coaching staff and affiliates (Alkie Zisidis & Spiro Bozionelos) which helped organize the event.
We had 35 players participate in this camp including out of towners from Vancouver, BC and New York City, NY. The coaching staff will evaluate the players performances and from there compile a final list. The players selected to be a part of the final team roster will be contacted by the coaching staff and the names will be posted on the website.
The final team will be announced in the next 2 weeks. Good luck to all players.

Dates for evaluation camp in Toronto have changed for 20th and 21st of June
Please take note that the dates for the evaluation camp being held in Toronto have changed. The camp will now be held the 20th and 21st of June.

Registration for Toronto Evaluation Camp is now OPEN
The HBHA is proud to announce it's second official evaluation camp in preparation for the 2009 World Championship in Pilsen, CZE. The camp will be held in Toronto, Ontario and is open to players from all levels and categories interested in trying out for the National Team.The evaluation camp is designed to give an opportunity to all high level ball hockey players to make the cut for the 2009 edition of Team Greece. Head Coach Gus Kourousis will be running the camp with the help of assistants and professional trainers.

The registration period for the Evaluation Camp in Montreal (April 18-20) has ended. Thank you to all the players which have shown an interest in joining us on the quest to a succesfull run for the 2009 World Championships.
Player registrations will continue to be acepted on a standby basis only. In other words, if a registered player is unable to attend the camp,then a player from the standby list will be contacted. To anyone interested, please submit your registration form without payment and we will keep your information on file (payment will only be required if you attend the camp).
Also, we would like to extend our thanks to everyone involved so far with the HBHA as well as everyone on the outside that has lent us a helping hand. It has been a true team effort so far, let's keep it going.

Team Greece has set it's sights on Pilsen, CZE - 2009
Our National Team program has recently undergone internal restructuring, with new personel now in place all our efforts are geared towards assembling the most competivite team possible for the next World Championship. In 2009 the World Championships will be held in the hockey hotbed of Pilsen, Czech Republic and our goal is to have an impact in this competition.
Our evaluation camps will be designed to give an oppurtinity to all high level ball hockey players a chance to make Team Greece 2009.
We are offering the challenge and opportunity to players across the world to see if they have what it takes to make our National Team. We have announced our first camp in Montreal, Quebec. But we will hopefully run a few more camps across the country before making final team selections. Head Coach Gus Kourousis along with Assitstant Coach Tim Acheson will be running the camps with the help of professional trainers from Body Physix.
Camps announced thus far:

- June 13 and 14, 2008 - Toronto, Ontario (open

At the end of these camps and scouting of national & regional events, the best ball hockey players available will be contacted for a final evaluation camp by our coaching staff.
